For those of you not working in the box I work in downtown, I have decided to share the wealth and give you the benefit of reading and answering (to yourself of course) the summer trivia questions. Every day I come up with a new trivia question for the people in my office. I give them points for getting the answer correct. Though they get the questions every weekday, you will have to deal with getting them ever week... if I remember. The game started on Wednesday so there were only three questions this week and here they are:

1) During the renaissance there was a VERY famous family of musical composers and organists who were employed at Venice's opulent St. Mark's Cathedral. They were known for writing elaborate instrumental music, even positioning some of the players in opposing balconies within the church. They were also the very first composers to use dynamics. What is their family name?

2)On June 9, 1937, the MPPDA ordered Universal to cut the end sequence of Frankenstein. What happened in the deleted scene?

3) Define and pronounce the following word: floccinaucinihiliphilification. For Friday bonus points use it in a creative sentence.

Tune in next week for more question and possible answers!
